How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 working days, then tracked delivery takes 7–12 working days.
How much is delivery?
Free on orders of £30 or more. £3.49 on orders under £30.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Not at the moment. We deliver to UK addresses only.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. We email it to you as soon as your order is dispatched. It can take 2–3 days to show updates.
Why did my order arrive in more than one parcel?
Our products are dispatched from partner warehouses, so items in the same order sometimes travel separately. There's no extra charge.
Will I have to pay anything on delivery?
No. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Returns
What is the Happy-Paws Guarantee?
If you're not happy with your order, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we'll sort out a refund or replacement. See our Refund Policy.
Something arrived damaged or faulty. What do I do?
Email us a photo with your order number. We'll send a replacement or refund, usually without you needing to send anything back.
How do I return something I've changed my mind about?
Email us first with your order number and we'll send you the return address and instructions.

How do I choose the right size?
Check the size details in the product photos and options. For clothing and harnesses, measure your pet's neck, chest and back length before ordering.
Are your toys safe?
Always choose a toy suitable for your pet's size, supervise play with new toys and remove any toy that becomes damaged.
