Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.

Delivery costs

Free standard delivery on orders of £30 or more
£3.49 standard delivery on orders under £30

Delivery times

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days. Standard tracked delivery then takes 7–12 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Our products are dispatched from partner warehouses, so if you order more than one item they may arrive in separate parcels. You won't be charged extra for this.

Tracking

We'll email you a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. Tracking can take 2–3 days to show updates after dispatch.

Taxes and charges

Our prices are shown in pounds sterling. You won't have to pay anything extra to the courier on delivery.

Late or missing parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within 20 working days of dispatch, please email us at pawmerton@gmail.com with your order number. We'll investigate and send a replacement or a full refund if the parcel is lost.

Please check your address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch.
