Questions, answered

Will it hold my cat?

The supplier rates it up to 20kg. Fit it on clean, smooth glass, press the cups on firmly and check them now and then.

Which windows does it work on?

Any smooth, flat glass – windows, patio doors or mirrors. It won't grip on textured glass, wood or wallpaper.

When will it arrive?

Tracked delivery in 7–12 working days. Order by Friday 4 December for UK delivery before Christmas.

What if my cat ignores it?

Cats can take a day or two to trust a new spot – a treat or their favourite blanket on top helps. If it still isn't for them, our 30-day Happy-Paws Guarantee has you covered.

Is there a discount for buying more?

Yes – buy any 2 or more items and save 10%, applied automatically at checkout. Delivery is free on orders over £30.
